We are passionate about helping women navigate the professional world. When we started our careers we didn't have the support and the mentorship to ease us through some of the rough transition points or the 'unspoken rules' of corporate life; we also encountered challenges working in male dominated fields, often as one of the only women in the room. We had to learn so many things the hard way, and we want to share that knowledge so that other women don't have to do it alone. We want to be that resource, that mentor, that phone-a-friend.

Along the way, we both learned incredibly valuable skills - ones that are in high demand for any professional woman. Those skills include communication, conflict resolution, executive presence, showing up authentically, planning an executing a career strategy, working with executives, client management, self management...the list goes on. We want to share these skills and lessons learned with you through our podcast!
